I was astounded at the cleanliness of our room here, especially for the price! We had a double queen room, the sink is spacious, good water pressure, comfortable beds, and a nice little pool and hot tub looking out at the red rocks nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful. Recommended hotel! Great price!!
It's a basic hotel, nothing fancy, but not needed. Towels smelled good, the beds were so comfortable!! I slept hard, nothing woke me up! The pool is at the back of the property down a small hill, beautiful trees and grass around the perimeter and the temperature was perfect for cooling off!!
We were happy with how clean our room was and the pool was well kept. Hot tub was a bit chilly but still was nice powered jets. Obviously this is a cheaper stay but we enjoyed it as much as some of the more expensive places.
I recommend staying here, owners are wonderful and the rooms are reasonably priced! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need! Breakfast is served here too which is awesome! Wonderful experience! They also have a pool and jacuzzi. Thanks to the owners for having my family and I for the stay! Recommend!
I’ve definitely stayed in 2-star hotels that were not as clean or had fewer amenities. For a mostly-camping road trip, this is great respite. Room was clean, organized, had microwave and fridge and wifi, free breakfast, all at a very affordable price. There’s also a laundry room for guests to use. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for solid basic amenities, it’s a fantastic deal.
This was a well-maintained motel option for the low price. The room was clean and safe, the pool was clean and in the back of the property overlooking the mountains for a nice view and privacy. The woman working the counter was kind and gave good recommendations on things to do around the town. You could easily walk from the motel to all the nearby shops and restaurants. If you’re looking to save money and still have a safe and clean experience, I’d highly recommend this as an option. We had stayed at another Rodeway Inn in another town the night before that was horribly maintained so I really appreciated this Rodeway Inn’s experience.
The hotel is old, the rooms smell old but you know what, it's fairly clean for what it is. It's a no frills place to stretch out for a day or two. I didn't wake up with anything crawling on my face and that's all that matters. Service is top notch too! I'd stay here again.
Great value for the money! The hotel was clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and I have zero complaints. Water pressure was excellent, and plenty of hot water for showers. The TV was nice and they had dish for cable. I didn’t watch much TV, but there were tons of channels. The hotel is older, but I would recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay. I came down to do some hiking, and met my needs. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area, and they were more than double for the same weekend. I would stay here again. Special thanks to the front desk clerk, who let me borrow his laptop charger for work after I realized that I had forgotten mine. Lifesaver!
A++! Didn't have high expectations because of how astonishingly cheap this was, but we were blown away. The location is top notch - you can walk to the bakery and ice cream shop (which were also both amazing;), staff were very helpful and attentive & the room was super spacious. The 2 king beds were perfect for our family and we loved having the pool open late to cool off after a hot day. As for the rooms we had no complaints - beds were super comfy, shower was hot and the AC kept the room like a meat locker;) We didn't make it to the breakfast but were pleasantly surprised that one was offered. You cannot go wrong with staying here when visiting the cute town of Kanab.
On our way through town we needed a place to stay for the night. The price was great. 20 dollars a dog. We had 4 and they didn't bat an eye. This place was an amazing place to stay. It was clean and quiet. The location was easy to find and the motel in general looks well taken care of. We were very pleased staying here
